In this position, the Global Director, Total Rewards will build and lead Vuori’s Global Total Rewards function. The inspiring, creative compensation and benefits leader will have the incredible opportunity to create, through the lens of Vuori’s Investment in Happiness philosophy, their compensation and benefits programs uniquely relevant to the brand.
In addition, the Global Director of Total Rewards will be responsible for the strategic analysis, design, implementation and administration of Vuori’s global compensation and benefits programs. This leader will create and drive global strategy, policy and programs spanning all areas of compensation and benefits to ensure pay practices are fair, equitable, and competitive to attract and retain the best talent in the world. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this position will be based out of the Carlsbad, California Headquarters.
