Vuori, one of the fastest growing companies in premium athletic apparel and inspired by the active Coastal California lifestyle, has appointed Tim Ratto as Senior Director of Global Total Rewards (TR). Vuori partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In his role as Senior Director of Global TR, Tim will build and lead Vuori’s Global TR function. The inspiring, creative compensation and benefits leader will have the incredible opportunity to create, through the lens of Vuori’s Investment in Happiness philosophy, their compensation and benefits programs uniquely relevant to the Vuori brand. He will report to the Chief People Officer, Jen Frisch. Tim joins Vuori from Blue Bottle Coffee, where he served as Senior Director, People Strategy and Rewards. There he was responsible for the design, implementation and communication of Blue Bottle’s global People and TR strategy. Previously, Tim worked at Metromile as their Senior Director, TR. His past leadership roles were at AppFolio, Cardno and The Gymboree Corporation.
