A global law firm that advises asset managers, financial institutions and corporations, has hired Frederickson Partners, a Gallagher company, for their Compensation Manager search.
This key role will oversee and administer employee compensation programs and analyze global compensation data to ensure that the firm’s salaries remain competitive with the current market. He or she will work closely with the HR team and firm management to design, evaluate, and modify compensation policies and ensure that they align with the organization’s strategic goals. This role will be located in the Northeast on a hybrid schedule.
