Syufy Enterprises, an entertainment and leisure-focused real estate company and the largest operator of drive-in movie theaters and public markets in the U.S., has partnered with Frederickson Partners for their Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) search.
The executive will be based in San Rafael, California and will report to the company’s CEO. The new human resources (HR) leader will be responsible for implementing effective HR solutions to support Syufy’s organization and each of its portfolio companies. They will design forward-thinking programs within talent acquisition, training and development, organizational effectiveness and HR analytics to allow the organization and each of its respective businesses to grow and thrive.

The company is best known for founding and growing the premier West Coast movie theater chain Century Theaters (now Cinemark Inc.), which was sold in 2006 after growing it to 1,000 screens in 13 states.
