Shutterfly, leading online retail and manufacturing platform for photography and personalized products, has partnered with Frederickson Partners for their Head of Human Resources (HR) Strategy and Employee Experience search.
The executive will have the opportunity to be based in one of the company’s four main locations in California, Minnesota, Arizona or South Carolina. Reporting to the Chief Legal and People Officer of the company, the new HR executive will be responsible for developing an intentional and strategic employee experience that is employee-centric, user friendly, fun, driven, modern, and that helps drive business impact and amplifies an organizational culture consistent with the company’s mission and values.
