The executive will be based in San Francisco, CA and will report directly to Sama’s CEO. The new human resources (HR) leader will lead the company’s global People strategy and deliver on Sama’s unique employee value proposition of being a disruptive technology startup that drives measurable social impact. Along with leading all aspects of the People function, this executive will also be responsible for creating a two-to-three year human capital strategy to support the company’s hypergrowth business.
