Quantcast, a technology company providing brands and agencies AI-driven solutions to know and grow their audiences on the open internet, has appointed Jennifer Dees as Director of Global Total Rewards (TR) and Systems. Quantcast partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
As Director of Global TR and Systems, Dees will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of the company’s global TR strategy and programs, and Workday system roadmap and administration. Dees will report to Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer Valerie Junger and will partner with senior leadership to improve and continuously review and evolve Quantcast’s competitive TR programs that allow the company to scale.
Dees brings over 15 years of experience in human resources (HR) management and compensation, having recently worked at GoDaddy as Director of TR and HR Operations. Previously, Dees worked at Avanade as Group Manager of Compensation Operations and People Mobility and spent seven years at Microsoft where she held compensation roles and a HR Business Partner role. Dees holds a Masters of Public Administration from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
