Proofpoint, a cybersecurity and compliance solutions provider, has hired Frederickson Partners for their Chief People Officer (CPO) search.
The CPO at Proofpoint will lead and champion their dynamic global Human Resources (HR) organization and develop an HR strategy to drive global business growth. They will also define and build a long-term compensation strategy and focus on due diligence through the onboarding of M&A targets. The role will be based in their Sunnyvale, CA office and report to the CEO, Ashan Willy.
