Proofpoint, a cybersecurity and compliance solutions provider, has appointed Elise Graziano as Vice President (VP) Talent Acquisition (TA). Proofpoint partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In her role as VP, TA, Elise will own and drive the strategic alignment of Proofpoint’s recruiting functions to meet the evolving needs of the business. She will report to the Senior VP – Chief People Officer, Paul Valentino.
Elise joins Proofpoint from Red Hat, where she served as VP, Global Talent Acquisition. There she led a team of 150 global TA professionals through a highly transformative time. Previously she served in TA leadership roles at NetApp. She also brings HR leadership experience from eBay, Philips Electronics, Sun Microsystems and Cisco Systems.
