ProducePay, an agriculture fintech company helping farmers grow their business by providing access to capital and tools for a more predictable, transparent and fair business, has appointed Natacha Pavan as Head of People. ProducePay worked with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
As the company’s Head of People, Pavan will be responsible for building and driving the People and human resources (HR) function within the company. Reporting to CEO Pablo Borquez Schwarzbeck, Pavan will work closely with ProducePay’s executive team and help establish the People strategy encompassing culture, talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, total rewards, compliance and HR operations.
Pavan joins ProducePay from Inseego Corp., where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer. There she developed and implemented global talent acquisition strategies, rolled out talent review processes to ensure retention of key talent, and spearheaded Inseego’s first diversity, equity and inclusion program, among other initiatives. Prior to Inseego Corp., Pavan held HR executive leadership roles at companies including ecoATM, Outerwall, Dell EMC and Captiva Software. Pavan holds a degree in Human Resources from the University of California, San Diego, and a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio Grande do Sul.
