Peak Design, a company creating solutions for carrying to help creatives, commuters and adventurers keep their gear accessible, organized and protected, has appointed Jen Flaxman as Head of People. Peak Design partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In her role as Head of People, Jen will serve as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), and own talent development, engagement and relations across the employee lifecycle. She will report to the Chief Executive Officer, Peter Dering.
Jen joins Peak Design from Ruggable, where she served as Senior Director, Head of People. There, she led the People team, oversaw Recruiting, People Analytics, Learning and Development, HR Operations and Workplace Experience for their 800 team members in corporate and manufacturing. Previously, she served as a Senior Manager, People and Culture Business Partners at Stitch Fix. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emerson College.
