METTLER TOLEDO, leading manufacturer of cutting-edge instruments for a wide range of industries from Life Sciences and pharmaceutical to manufacturing and logistics, has hired Frederickson Partners, a Gallagher Company, for their Vice President (VP) of Human Resources (HR), North America (NA) search.
In this position, the VP of HR NA will partner closely with senior management and be instrumental in the upcoming business transformation and implementation of new programs and systems. This individual will act as a true business partner to the responsible regional Group Management Committee member, global division head, and the local unit GMs, and will be responsible for guiding the local HR managers functionally. The executive will have the opportunity to work out of Columbus, Ohio.
