Mars Inc., a top American manufacturer of confectionery and pet food, and other food products, and a provider of animal care services, has engaged Frederickson Partners for their Vice President (VP), People and Organization (P&O), North America search supporting Mars Petcare’s newest division, Science and Diagnostics.
The VP, P&O for Science and Diagnostics will work to enable performance through a people centered strategy, architecting, and championing the modernization of the Associate experience. The position will lead a team of 30+ that supports 3,500 associates globally, including 2,900 in North America. They will focus on culture, talent development, retention, and establishing the division as an employer of choice. In this hybrid role, the executive will work out of New York City or Loveland, Colorado.
