The Director of Total Rewards will support the $10+B global Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) division by architecting, managing, and implementing a robust total rewards strategy and roadmap in support of MVH’s people strategy, and support significant M&A activity. MVH is based in McLean, Virginia but this role can work Remote.
