Mars Inc., a top American manufacturer of confectionery, pet food and other food products, and a provider of animal care services, has hired Frederickson Partners for their Director of M&A and Corporate Incentives search.
The Director of M&A and Corporate Incentives will play a key role in the Executive Rewards & Incentives Center of Excellence (COE). Focused on M&A due diligence, the Director will actively manage multiple live deals, crafting bespoke Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and retention plans to optimize transaction success. The Director will also review, assess, and refine all Mars Inc’s incentive plans (both short term and long term), and present findings and strategic recommendations to the board. Finally, they will lead the preparation of all compensation materials for various board meetings.
The role will be based in McLean, Virginia (relocation provided) and report to the Director of Executive Rewards and Incentives.
