lululemon, Innovative Athletic Apparel Company, Retains Frederickson Partners for Two Human Resources Executive Searches

lululemon, a yoga-inspired Canadian multinational athletic and leisure apparel company, has partnered with Frederickson Partners on two human resources (HR) leadership roles.

The new HR executive positions are:

• Vice President (VP), P&C Business Partnering, Product: The HR executive will have the opportunity to be based in the West Coast or work out of the company’s headquarters in Vancouver, Canada. He or she will report to the Senior VP of People and Culture and will act as a strategic partner for the executive leaders of lululemon’s Product and Supply Chain organizations. The HR leader will steer the development and implementation of people programs aligned to business strategies designed to achieve annual operating goals and enable the continued growth of people and the organizations they support.
• Director, P&C Business Partnering, North America Retail: This executive will be based remotely in the U.S. with flexibility to travel across the company’s Canada/U.S. retail network. Reporting to the VP of Business Partnering, the HR leader will be responsible for delivering organizational talent solutions that will drive successful business outcomes for the company’s more than 400 retail locations and 21,000 employees across North America. He or she will also focus on organizational design and development, talent management, succession planning and education to lead the company’s frontline employees to continue providing a people-centric environment.
