LendingTree, an online loan marketplace for financial borrowing needs including auto loans, small business loans, personal loans, credit cards, insurance and more, has appointed Dominique Pierin as Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). LendingTree partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In her role as Senior HRBP, Dominique will provide HR consultation and direction to help drive productivity and engagement across the business team. The position responsibilities will include building out a strategic talent plan to include employee and leadership development, coaching, change management and employee engagement strategies. She will report to the Senior Director of HR, Lisa Williams.
Dominique joins LendingTree from Nordstrom, where she served as a Corporate HR Manager, Employee Contact Center. There she managed a team of 25 HR Advisors who support all Nordstrom Business Units, with an employee population of over 60,000 people across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to this, Pierin worked as a Corporate HRBP and a District HRBP. Dominique holds a Human Resources Management degree from Florida International University.
LendingTree also offers comparison shopping services for autos and educational programs. Together, these services serve as an ally for consumers who are looking to comparison shop among multiple businesses and professionals who will compete for their business.
