In this position, the VP of Total Rewards will lead the design, development, and management of InnovAge’s Total Rewards function, overseeing the strategic analysis, design, implementation, and administration of the organization’s compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. While InnovAge is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, this executive will have the opportunity to work remotely.
