The Chief Talent Officer will build on InMarket’s success as a fast-growing organization of “good peeps” who are also top performers. The leader will innovate to build better ways to collaborate and foster a community in the aftermath of COVID. He or she will seek, retain, and reward above and beyond talent, design performance evaluation processes that help individuals grow and teams continuously improve and be in charge of the organization’s people growth planning and execution. The leader will manage all talent aspects of InMarket and build a workplace that fosters the company’s business objectives and values. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will be work from anywhere with optional quarterly all company retreats throughout the U.S.
