Gowan Company, a global family-owned agricultural solutions business, has hired Frederickson Partners for their Global Head of People search.
In this position the Global Head of People will lead the HR department, ensuring its alignment with Gowan Company’s values and culture. This role will be instrumental in driving key company-wide initiatives, contributing significantly to company growth and success by fostering a highly skilled, motivated, and collaborative workforce. The leader will have the opportunity to work out of Yuma, Arizona.
Gowan specializes in developing, marketing, and manufacturing global agriculture inputs such as crop protection products, seeds, and fertilizers.
