Go1, the world’s largest corporate education content hub for on-demand training and resources, has appointed Donna Helphrey as Vice President (VP) of Talent Acquisition. Go1 partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In her role as VP of Talent Acquisition (TA), Donna will be accountable for the development and implementation of Go1’s TA plan, with a focus on alignment of the company’s strategy and culture with the experience of their team and candidates. She will consider external trends, alongside internal best practice and innovation, to drive continuous improvement in the function to best support the needs of Go1. Donna will report to the company’s Chief People Officer, Ashleigh Loughnan.
Helphrey joins Go1 from Groupon, where she served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. There she had ownership of the global TA function with direct reports in EMEA, APAC and North America. She was responsible for all hiring, branding and coordination of the end-to-end employee experience. Prior to Groupon, Donna worked at North Bridge Staffing Group as Director of Recruiting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from Ohio University.
