FlexiVan, a leader in intermodal chassis leasing services throughout North America, has hired Frederickson Partners, a Gallagher company, for their Human Resources (HR) Director search.
The individual has the opportunity to be based out of Scottsdale, Arizona. In this position, the HR Director will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. He or she will report to the Vice President, Head of Human Resources.
FlexiVan manages a fleet of over 120,000 chassis with a wide network of depots and service centers. FlexiVan’s leasing options range from Managed Fleets and Pool Chassis user agreements to daily, short, and long-term contracts that include motor carriers, logistics providers, ocean carriers, railroads, and beneficial cargo owners. In February 2020, I Squared Capital, the owners of American Intermodal Management (AIM), acquired FlexiVan and merged the two companies and headquarters are now based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
