FinancialForce, a cloud-based application company helping organizations tie the front and back office together so teams have real-time access to the data that drives business, has appointed Heather Gille as Chief People Officer. FinancialForce worked with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
As FinancialForce’s new Chief People Officer, Gille will develop and execute the company’s Employee Success (ES) strategy including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, change management and culture, in support of the strategic direction of the organization. Reporting to the company’s CEO, Scott Brown, Gille will act as a key member of the senior leadership team and help establish a plan of management succession that aligns to the strategy and objectives of FinancialForce.
Gille joins FinancialForce from Glu Mobile (acquired by Electronic Arts), where she served as Global Vice President (VP) of People and Workplace. There she was responsible for developing and executing the human resources (HR) strategy of the publicly traded company in support of its overall business plan. Prior to Glu Mobile, Gille served at Gap Inc. for a 13-year period in different HR leadership roles. Other positions she has held include VP of HR at McKesson, Director of Business Development at Mediabolic, and Production Planner and Financial Analyst for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Gille holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Certificate in Retail Management from Santa Clara University.
