While the company’s headquarters are in San Francisco, CA, the executive will have the opportunity to work remotely and will report to the company’s CEO. The new human resources (HR) leader will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s employee success (ES) strategy including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, change management and culture, in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. He or she will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and an essential ES thought partner, identifying opportunities for growth and future needs within the business.
