Family Healthcare Network (FHCN), a private nonprofit healthcare provider, has hired Frederickson Partners for their Vice President (VP) of Human Resources (HR) search.
In this position, the VP of HR will lead the strategic development and execution of FHCN’s HR strategy, aligning it with the company’s business direction. The role involves transforming the HR team into a lean and accountable unit. The new leader will report to the Chief Executive Officer. The role will be based out of Visalia, California.
