Everlaw, the World’s Most Advanced eDiscovery Software for Law Firms, Corporations and Governments, Retains Frederickson Partners for Three Human Resources Searches

Everlaw, a collaborative, cloud-based litigation platform for corporate counsel, litigators and government attorneys, has partnered with Frederickson Partners on three human resources (HR) leadership roles.

The new HR executive positions are:

• Senior People Partner – Sales, Marketing and Business Development Teams: The HR leader will report to the Director of HR and will work closely with senior leadership as a trusted advisor to drive development and execution of a strategy aligned with organizational goals. He or she will also collaborate cross-functionally with business teams on projects to drive performance, engagement and equity across the organization.
• Senior People Partner – Engineering, Product, Customer Experience and G+A: The executive will report to the Director of HR and will effectively influence and develop strong relationships with Engineering, Product, Customer Experience and G+A executives to successfully guide company culture toward a talent mindset.
• Senior Compensation Manager: The HR executive will report to the VP of People Operations and will work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and administer Everlaw’s compensation programs. As the company’s first Compensation Manager, he or she will play a critical part in the design and implementation of programs to drive a competitive total rewards strategy.

All three HR leaders will be based out of the company’s headquarters in Oakland, California.
