Clover Health, a health insurance company aiming to improve the overall state of healthcare in America by leveraging the power of technology and data, has partnered with Frederickson Partners for their Director of Total Rewards search.
In this position, the Director of Total Rewards will support Clover Health by developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and equity strategy in alignment with the organization’s business goals and will ensure competitive and fair compensation practices. This executive will have the opportunity to be based remotely, reporting to the VP of Total Rewards and HR Operations.
