Center for Research in Security Prices (CRSP), a leader in providing research-quality data to scholars and investors, has hired Frederickson Partners for their Director of Human Resources (HR) search.
The Director of Human Resources will align HR services to the organization’s business objectives by working with the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Executive Officer and the senior leadership team. They will focus on hiring & onboarding, culture, career pathing, succession planning, reward & recognition, and DEI. The leader will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be a part of the CRSP management team. They will work at least two days a week from CRSP’s West Adams Street location.
