Bluberi Gaming, an inventive company dedicated to developing and delivering the highest quality casino gaming experience to players and operators, has appointed Jennifer Bauer as Vice President (VP) of Human Resources (HR). Bluberi partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In her role as VP of HR, Jennifer will analyze and prioritize business challenges faced by Bluberi, deploy HR initiatives as needed and direct the Company’s HR and Operations functions. She will report to CEO, Andrew Burke.
Jennifer joins Bluberi from Clique Hospitality, where she served as the VP of People and Culture. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing 20+ venues across Nevada, California and Illinois. Prior to this, Bauer was the VP of HR at Sky River Casino. Her previous HR leadership roles include Director of HR at Golden Gate Casino, and Director of HR at Penn National Gaming – Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races. Bauer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from University of Nevada.
