The Head of Talent & Culture will be fully remote, supporting the growing workforce across 20 states and the District of Columbia. This executive will play a key leadership role in building and maintaining a culture of inclusion and accountability. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Talent Management Strategy for a people-driven organization while advancing Aurrera Health’s commitment to DEIB across the employee life cycle.
