Asana, Leading Work Management Platform, Retains Frederickson Partners For Four Human Resources Executive Searches.

Industry-leading collaboration software company Asana has partnered with Frederickson Partners on four human resources (HR) leadership roles.

The new HR roles include:

Head of Employee Relations: Reporting to the Head of People, this HR leader will be a key driver of culture, while also supporting the evolution of company policy and employee engagement across a number of dimensions. He or she will coach the next generation of leaders.
Learning and Development (L&D) Lead: Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, this leader will build and scale Asana’s L&D capabilities by creating and executing end-to-end programs for the training and development of managers and employees at all levels.
People Partner – Business: This HR role will report to the Head of People Partners and serve as a strategic partner to leadership teams for Marketing and Customer Support, creating and executing people strategies that accelerate business objectives and growth.
People Partner – Engineering: This person will report to the Head of People Partners and support Asana’s engineering organization. Working with Engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, he or she will create and execute strategies to support the company’s core engineering and development objectives.

These roles will be based in San Francisco, CA.
