Customer Experience Automation (CXA) company ActiveCampaign , a growing global company, has appointed new Senior Directors of People Operations and Total Rewards. Frederickson Partners managed both executive searches.
In the role of Senior Director of People Operations, Amy Cook will join ActiveCampaign reporting to Vice President of People Denise Bindelglass. Cook will oversee People processes across all locations and lead a team that drives functions including HR systems, compliance, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and data analysis.
Cook joins from data management provider Informatica, where she was Senior Director of Global HR for five years. Previously at TriZetto Corporation, she served over ten years as Director HR Compliance and HR Business Partner (HRBP), and earlier as HRBP and Senior Corporate Recruiter. She studied HR Management at Colorado State University-Global Campus and has a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
ActiveCampaign also welcomes Aimee Lowry as Senior Director of Total Rewards. In this role, also reporting to Bindelglass, Lowry will drive all compensation, benefits and rewards initiatives globally, ensuring programs and philosophies are aligned to a fast-scaling, distributed organization.
Lowry comes to the company from hospitality tech provider Cvent, where she was Senior Director of Global HR Operations and Rewards for two years, and earlier from Rolls Royce serving as Head of Rewards for Americas. She was also Senior Director, Benefits and Pensions for Gannett Co., Inc. (USA Today Network); Senior Director, Global Rewards/Human Capital for Maximus; and Benefits Division Chief for Fairfax County, Virginia. She earned a B.A. from University of Virginia and attended George Mason University School of Business.
