2021 — Frederickson Partners, the largest People and human resources executive search firm in the U.S., welcomes Marjorie Miller as a Principal in its HR executive search team.
Miller brings over 20 years of experience in global retained executive search, with expertise in recruiting CEOs, CHROs, and other C-suite executives and boards of directors in private equity, venture capital, technology and digital media. She has built out next-generation talent in numerous high-growth PE/VC portfolio companies. Miller joins Frederickson from her role as Global Partner at MitchelLake Group in New York, where she led relationships and advised on talent buildouts for venture-backed startups. Previously Miller held executive search and talent acquisition roles at strategic advisory firm MediaLink, digital news startup Vocativ and Warner Media, where she led executive recruitment across all brands and businesses. Miller started her career in senior-level search positions at Heidrick & Struggles, Korn Ferry and Norman Broadbent. She earned a B.A. in Studio Art and Art History at the University of Vermont.
