In virtually every list of 2023 workplace trends, employee experience is a #1 or near-the-top priority for organizations. As per Forbes’ Top 6 HR Trends for HR in 2023, employee experience really covers a broad range of trends — from talent mobility within an org, to training managers to communicate better, to virtual work and much more.
This month The Information, a publication following tech market trends, spoke with Tom Wilson, our President, about how tech companies have stepped up to improve employee experience (read more below). In a survey the publication found companies are offering more flexible workplace policies such as not limiting where employees can work (48%), allowing full time remote work (60%), and having equity awards vest over three years or less (36%).
