Maria Lancheros serves on the Marketing team at Frederickson Partners. In her role, she helps track key marketing analytics and KPI’s, supports website management and social media campaigns, and takes part in the creation of marketing materials including critical employment branding materials for executive searches. Prior to joining Frederickson, she worked as a Marketing Freelancer, where she supported small businesses by creating social media content, managing accounts, consulting and creating marketing plans. Her previous roles include recruiter and HR assistant for a small sales and marketing consulting firm, and B2B sales representative for Quill, a subsidiary of Fortune 500 company Staples.
Maria holds a B.S. in International Business with minors in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from The University of Tampa, and a M.S. in International Marketing from Hult Business School. She is originally from Colombia, lived in Saudi Arabia for four years and currently lives in Orlando, FL. She enjoys spending the weekends at the pool or the beach, discovering new restaurants, watching sports, cooking and traveling.
