Voldex, an innovative video games studio focused on user-generated-content (UGC) gaming, has appointed Van Le as Head of People. Voldex partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In her role as Head of People, Van will play a crucial role in shaping and executing on people and recruiting strategies to ensure the team is staffed with exceptional talent and remains the best place to work in the gaming industry. She will report to the CEO, Alex Singer.
Van joins Voldex from Tempo Software, where she served as Global Senior Director, People Team. In this role she led the operations for human resources (HR) and administration for a 400+ globally distributed SaaS business. She brings to the role impressive HR leadership experience with past industries including SaaS, EdTech, and Financial Services. Van holds a bachelor of commerce from the University of British Columbia and a post-diploma of technology, HR management from British Columbia Institute of Technology.
