Bluberi collaborated with Frederickson Partners, a Gallagher company on the executive search.
As Senior Director of Service, Vince will play a pivotal role in elevating the service organization, aligning it with the company’s strategic multiyear plan, and reinforcing Bluberi’s reputation as the most customer-friendly entity in the industry. He will report to Chief Operating Officer Steve Kohon.
Vince joins Bluberi from VizExplorer, where he served as Senior Vice President Operations, identifying strategic business initiatives and driving profitability and execution. Previously Vince was the Director of Slot Operations at Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino. He holds an MBA from the University of Nevada and a Bachelor of Science, in hospitality management from the University of Central Florida.
