Arcadian Infracom, a critical information infrastructure development company, has appointed Angela Agee as Senior Director of Human Resources (HR). Arcadian Infracom partnered with Frederickson Partners, a Gallagher Company on the executive search.
In her role as Senior Director of HR, Angela will provide executive-level leadership and guidance for Arcadian Infracom’s HR operations. She will report to the Vice President (VP) and General Counsel, Asim Raza.
Angela joins Arcadian Infracom from TNT Crust, LLC, where she served as VP, HR. In this role she was responsible for creating and executing all employee life cycle strategies for the business including talent management, compensation, compliance, engagement, and health and welfare. Prior to TNT, she served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in HR and a Master of Science in Health Management from Lindenwood University.
