MENLO PARK, Calif., May. 5, 2021 — Frederickson Partners, the largest people and human resources (HR) executive search firm and talent network in the U.S., welcomes Andrea Forrest and Daniel Scott to its growing HR executive search team.
Andrea Forrest joins Frederickson after seven years at Korn Ferry where she led executive searches in the financial services and real estate practices. Her background in executive search includes retained search firm EFL Associates in Denver, where she successfully recruited mid-level and C-level executives in the public fund, financial services, healthcare, and mission-based organization arenas. Forrest earned her B.S. in Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She and her family live in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Daniel Scott joins Frederickson from his role as Talent Acquisition Manager at Heath System Solutions in Miami, FL, a systems integration joint venture between Guidehouse and Baptist Health South Florida. In this role he led recruiting for the company of over 600. Previously, he was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Towne Park and held earlier HR positions at AdventHealth Hospital. Dan holds a B.A. in Psychology from Rollins College and a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. He and his family live in Orlando, Florida.
