July Business Services, a leading tech-enabled retirement plan company (“JULY”), has appointed Ginger Gibbs as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Human Resources (HR). JULY partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In her role as SVP of HR, Ginger will establish and oversee the firm’s global HR function. She will report to the CEO, John Humphrey.
Ginger joins JULY from Smart Start, Inc., where she served as Director of HR and Employee Experience. There she led and executed the people strategy for several Global IID Parent, LLC family of companies. Gibbs brings broad HR leadership experience, with past roles at Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, Virgin Pulse, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Ginger holds a liberal arts Bachelors and a Master of Science in HR Management and Development.
