Total Quality Logistics (TQL), one of the largest global third-party logistics firms in North America and Cincinnati, Ohio’s largest private company, has appointed Todd Phillips as Vice President (VP), Recruiting. TQL partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In his role as VP, Recruiting, Todd will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company’s recruiting function. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Rob Poulos, Todd will lead a nationwide team of more than 250 employees. He will oversee all hiring, including sales, corporate and post-graduate, along with all recruitment operations and technology.
Todd joins TQL from Orion Talent, where he served as Senior Vice President of the National Talent Team. There he led a team consisting of Recruiting, Business Development and Support teams partnering with clients nationwide. Todd also worked in multiple leadership roles at Orion for over 17 years. He holds a bachelor’s in political science from Xavier University.
