Interstate Equities Corporation (IEC), a vertically integrated real estate investment and management firm, has appointed Lindsay Harris as Director of Human Resources (HR). IEC partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In her role as Director of HR, Lindsay will direct and oversee the company’s HR functions and support IEC’s mission and overall strategy. She will report to the Co-President and Chief Operating Officer, Julia Boyd Corso. Lindsay joins IEC from Fitness and Wellness Professional Services, where she was the Head of Human Resources. In this role, she directed professionals in staffing, recruitment, benefits, payroll, compensation, training, leadership development, HRIS and regulatory compliance. Harris holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of the Arts, Philadelphia. She also holds a Society of HR Management Certified Professionals (SHRM-CP) designation.
