Pisces Inc. has appointed Nicole Winslow as Director of Human Resources (HR). Pisces Inc. partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In her role as Director of HR, Nicole will provide strategic leadership advice and guidance to ensure effective administration of all aspects of HR for Pisces. The executive will create and lead practices to provide a highly engaged culture and emphasize the company’s core values of kindness, respect, teamwork and excellence. She will report directly to the President, Louisa Ritter.
Nicole joins Pisces Inc. from Cline Family Cellars, where she served as Director of HR. There she implemented a new culture, reward systems and pay strategy for maximum retention of key employees. Previously Nicole worked at Rosewood Miramar Beach Montecito as Director of HR. In this role she hired, oriented and trained 450 full-time associates and worked with the corporate team to promote guest-focused culture to maximize Forbes ratings and profits. Winslow has served in numerous HR Director roles at companies including Solage Calistoga, Gramercy Park Hotel, Trump International Hotel and Tower New York, The Russian Tea Room and Mayfair Regent New York among others. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts, Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Western Washington University.
