Telesign, a company that connects, protects and defends the customer experience with intelligence from billions of digital interactions and mobile signals, has appointed Jamie Girouard as Chief People Officer (CPO). Telesign partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In her role as CPO, Jamie will be responsible for driving global human capital management strategy and creating cohesiveness across Telesign’s growing number of markets and employee bases. She will report to the Chief Executive Officer, Joe Burton.
Girouard joins Telesign after a 7-year tenure with Quantum Corporation where she most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer. There she was responsible for driving cultural change and repositioning the company as a market leader for attracting, developing, rewarding and retaining key talent. Earlier roles with Quantum include Director of Compensation, Benefits, Stock Administration and HR Operations, where she drove and designed the global compensation strategy, benefit programs and implemented total reward programs. She managed multiple teams and assisted in the design and execution of an unlimited or flexible time off program. Jamie holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University.
