LendingTree, an online loan marketplace for financial borrowing needs including auto loans, small business loans, personal loans, credit cards, insurance and more, has hired Frederickson Partners for their Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) search.
In this position, the HRBP will work with the division President on leadership development, problem resolution, coaching, employee engagement and employee relations issues. The HRBP will report the head of HR Business Partners and work closely with their HR colleagues to bring functional experts to the table as needed. The role will also have monthly exposure to the CHRO of LendingTree.
LendingTree also offers comparison shopping services for autos and educational programs. Together, these services serve as an ally for consumers who are looking to comparison shop among multiple businesses and professionals who will compete for their business.
