Syufy Enterprises, an entertainment and leisure-focused real estate company and the largest operator of drive-in movie theaters and public markets in the U.S., has appointed Marianne Campbell as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Syufy partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In her role as CHRO, Marianne will serve as an essential member of the executive team, implementing effective HR solutions to support Syufy’s organization and each of its portfolio companies. She will design forward-thinking programs within talent acquisition, training and development, organizational effectiveness and HR analytics, empowering the organization and each of its respective businesses to grow and thrive. Marianne will report to the company’s Chairman and CEO, Raymond Syufy.
Campbell joins Syufy after serving at AAA Northern California, Nevada and Utah as Chief People Officer. There she was responsible for all facets of HR and led the HR Committee Board of Directors and a cooperative initiative to recruit high potential leaders. Previously, she worked at Encore Capital Group as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility, leading the creation and execution of an inaugural global, multi-faceted CSR/ESG program. Marianne’s earlier positions included leadership roles at Visa and Gap, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin.
