Tracy Cai joined Frederickson Partners as a Search Associate and works closely with Frederickson’s executive search team. She coordinates with the team and clients to schedule interviews and meetings, produce ongoing search reports and manage candidate pipeline through the entire search process. She has played a key role and has helped successfully placed the right candidate at Newsela, Cartiga, Shutterfly, Clover Health, InfoTrack, Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, Rain Bird and Blueberi Gaming. Prior to joining Frederickson, Tracy served as Human Resources Assistant for Takara Bio USA. There she provided support to the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding process while also working on employee engagement by planning and assisting with company- and employee-focused events. Other positions Tracy has held include Office Administrator for Shifamed and Event Operations Assistant for SEMI. She has also participated in an internship for the food program Bon Appetit at Google, also known as Food+ by Compass.
Tracy holds a B.S. in Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management with a Minor in Business from San Jose State University. During her free time, she enjoys learning new baking recipes, arts and crafts, and exploring new restaurant and places with her friends. In the future, she hopes to travel abroad and experience new and different cultures.
