The executive will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid mode out of one of the company’s office locations in Glendale, California or Plano,Texas. He or she will lead the company’s Field Recruiting team and Retail Operations group through strategically planning their People function. This human resources (HR) leader will create scalable processes and initiatives to attract top talent, while also developing long and short-term strategic plans for talent calibration, compensation and retention.
