The executive has the opportunity to be based remotely or work out of Armory’s headquarters in San Mateo, CA. In this key leadership position, the Head of People will support the company’s next phase of rapid growth by playing an integral part in enabling the company’s employee experience function. This leader will be a true HR partner supporting People operations, recruiting, learning and development and facilities, while also working closely with other teams within the finance, legal and management functions.
